- Sit down comfortably with your back straight and chin and chest held high.
- ·Breathe in and out through your nose.
- ·Raise your hands and press the tips of each index finger, thumb, and ring finger together.
- ·The middle finger and little finger should extend straight out
This Mudra develops heat and energy in the body.
· When Prithvi is strengthened the brain also receives enough energy.
· If a person feels listless, heavy, weighed down and dizzy, the weakness is relieved and completely eliminated by the practice of this Mudra.
